Shop Policies

The Work

Each piece is made by hand in small batches. Photos show previous pieces—what arrives will match the listed specs and glaze, with its own variations in glaze, surface, and form. That's part of the process, not a defect.

Made-to-Order

Everything in the shop is made to order, with a 4–6 week lead time. If production runs longer, you'll hear from me.

Shipping

Pieces ship once production is complete. Occasionally, finished pieces are listed as ready to ship. Those go out within 1–2 business days.

Orders are packed carefully and shipped via USPS or UPS, using paper-based products and recycled or recyclable materials.

Standard shipping is $5, limited to the United States.

Returns & Damage

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours.

Small variations in glaze, form, and finish are part of handmade work and are not considered defects.
