Orders
All work is made by hand in small batches. Product photos are representative; variation in glaze, surface, and form is part of the process.
Made-to-Order
Pieces marked “made-to-order” have a 4–6 week lead time depending on firing schedules and production flow. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within a few business days. Made-to-order items ship once production is complete.
Orders are packed carefully and shipped via USPS or UPS. Packaging is plastic-free, using paper-based products and recycled or recyclable materials.
Shipping is limited to the United States.
All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
Variation in handmade work and normal wear from use are not considered damage.
